Flats in Palafrugell: how we plan the work
Close to the sea, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent, salt and damp show up as efflorescence on walls, rusty railings and corroded consumer units. So in these flats we treat the walls before finishing and fit switches, sockets and taps suited to humid conditions.
We agree the finishes with you before starting: flooring, tiling, doors and wardrobes. In flats in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu we often level the floor with a screed, skim the walls and fit plasterboard ceilings where services need to run or lights need recessing.
After the visit you get a quote broken down item by item; during the work we keep things tidy and leave the flat clean at the end. We also carry out complete renovations nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.

01Complete flat renovation in Palafrugell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palafrugell, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda, Molí de Vent, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu and Santa Margarida, and also nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.

Yes, for a complete renovation the flat should be cleared. That way we move through each phase without interruptions and your furniture is never at risk.
03Can I change the layout of the rooms?
Yes, in most flats. During the visit we check which walls are load-bearing and which soil stacks limit where the bathrooms and kitchen can go, and suggest realistic options.
04Who deals with the residents' association?
We let the building's community know when work starts, protect the lift and entrance hall, and clear the debris every day.
