What changes when we renovate a bathroom in Palafrugell
In apartments and houses on residential estates in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent it is common to have a main bathroom and a WC, or a bathroom by the pool that gets sand and chlorine. We go for non-slip surfaces, generous shower trays and materials that are easy to rinse clean.
In bathrooms in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu we focus on what gets used most: a tray falling to the drain, a screen that does not drip when opened, a WC with a concealed or exposed cistern and a vanity unit that leaves the floor clear. Before handover we fill the basin and tray to check they drain well and no joint leaks.
After the visit you receive an itemised quote with labour and materials shown separately; during the work we protect hallways and floors and clear rubble daily. We also work in nearby areas: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Palafrugell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palafrugell, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda, Molí de Vent, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu and Santa Margarida, and also nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
