What a small kitchen renovation includes
-
A layout that uses the space
Single-wall, L-shaped or galley, chosen to suit the space available.
-
Units up to the ceiling
Taller wall units for more storage without taking up floor space.
-
Useful corners
Pull-out corner units, deep drawers and plinth drawers.
-
Compact appliances
Two- or three-zone hob, oven in a tall unit and a 45 cm dishwasher.
-
Light and pale finishes
LED strip under the wall units and pale finishes that make the room feel bigger.
-
Sliding door
If a hinged door gets in the way, we replace it with a sliding or pocket door.
Making the most of a narrow kitchen in Palafrugell
In flats and developments near the sea, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent, many kitchens have a window onto the terrace that is worth keeping clear. We put the wall units on the blank wall, the prep area under the daylight and use light finishes.
In compact kitchens in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu lighting matters as much as the units: an LED strip under the wall cabinets, ceiling downlights and pale or matt fronts that make the room feel bigger.
With over 20 years of experience, we visit, quote item by item and, when we finish, take away the offcuts and leave the kitchen clean. We also cover the surrounding areas: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Small kitchen renovation in Palafrugell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palafrugell, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda, Molí de Vent, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu and Santa Margarida, and also nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will a dishwasher fit in a narrow kitchen?
Usually, yes, in the 45 cm wide version. We look for a space next to the sink so it can share the water supply and waste.
03How can I gain storage without making the kitchen feel tighter?
By taking wall units up to the ceiling, using the plinth as a drawer and fitting pull-out hardware in the corners. The footprint stays the same and far more fits in.
