How we prepare walls before painting
In houses on residential estates and flats in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent, sea air and poor ventilation leave condensation in bedrooms and bathrooms. Before painting we clean off mould, let the surface dry and apply a paint that lets the wall breathe.
