Cleaning glass at height in Palafrugell: access and safety
In areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent many apartments are second homes, and the residents' association often prefers cleaning before the summer season. We plan it with the property manager and avoid strong-wind days, which make abseiling on the seafront unsafe.
On skylights and rooflights in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu we tell glass from polycarbonate, which scratches easily and needs gentle products. While up there we clear leaves and nests, clean the surrounding gutters and let you know about any open joints or loose parts.
With over 20 years in building work and maintenance, we send a written quote after the visit and one person coordinates the rope access team. We cover the surrounding areas too: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01High-level window cleaning in Palafrugell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palafrugell, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda, Molí de Vent, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu and Santa Margarida, and also nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
04What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
