How we install split units in Palafrugell
Houses on residential estates in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent often have several bedrooms and an upper floor that gets very hot. We plan one split per room or a multi-split with a single outdoor unit, placed in the garden or on the roof.
In homes in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu, we take care with the finish: pipes chased into the wall during building work, paintable trunking otherwise, and the condensate taken to the waste system or to a quiet pump. The indoor unit sits level, at a height where the filter is easy to clean.
With over 20 years' experience, we see the room, put the quote in writing and clear everything away when we finish. We also install split units nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Split air conditioning installation in Palafrugell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palafrugell, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda, Molí de Vent, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu and Santa Margarida, and also nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Where does the outdoor unit go?
On a balcony, terrace, courtyard or roof, always with access for maintenance. If it has to go on the façade, it is worth checking the community of owners' rules first.
03Can the pipes be hidden?
Yes. If there is building work, we chase them into the wall; if not, we use paintable trunking in the wall colour. At the visit we look for the shortest route.
04What size unit does my living room need?
It depends on floor area, orientation, windows and ceiling height. We work it out at the visit so the unit is neither undersized nor overworked.
