Bathroom furniture in Olot: walls, pipework and space
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Vila Vella and Eixample Malagrida, the original unit is usually chipboard on legs or a pedestal basin. When replacing it we check the angle valves and waste, which are often worn, and change them before fitting the new unit.
For homes in areas such as Sant Miquel, Bonavista and Pla de Dalt we hang the mirror, cabinet and tall unit in line with the vanity, at a comfortable height for whoever uses them. If they are lit, we connect them to a point that respects the bathroom safety zones set out in the REBT.
On the visit we measure the space and pipework and give you a detailed written quote; we work with the bathroom protected and take packaging and offcuts away. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Joan les Fonts, Santa Pau and La Vall d'en Bas.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Olot: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Olot, in areas such as Vila Vella, Eixample Malagrida, Sant Miquel, Bonavista, Pla de Dalt, Sant Roc, Sant Cristòfol les Fonts and Batet de la Serra, and also nearby: Sant Joan les Fonts, Santa Pau and La Vall d'en Bas. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
