Multi-split in Olot: how we place the units
In areas such as Vila Vella and Eixample Malagrida, where winters are cold, the multi-split also heats the bedrooms and living room. We size the outdoor unit with winter mornings in mind and choose models that perform well at low temperatures.
In flats in areas such as Sant Miquel, Bonavista and Pla de Dalt, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Joan les Fonts, Santa Pau and La Vall d'en Bas.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Olot: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Olot, in areas such as Vila Vella, Eixample Malagrida, Sant Miquel, Bonavista, Pla de Dalt, Sant Roc, Sant Cristòfol les Fonts and Batet de la Serra, and also nearby: Sant Joan les Fonts, Santa Pau and La Vall d'en Bas. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
