Floor, door, lighting and charging, in order

In areas such as Centre, Sant Bernat and Poble Sec, with cold winters, a garage attached to the house with a single-skin metal door chills the rooms next to it. We install insulated sectional doors with perimeter seals and, where needed, insulate the ceiling below the bedrooms.

For the door, in areas such as Les Planes, El Collet de Sant Joan and Els Closos we choose sectional, up-and-over or roller according to the headroom and ceiling space. We fit a motor with remote, a safety photocell and a manual release to open during a power cut, and adjust the tracks and springs.
