What makes a kitchen solid and level
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, Sant Bernat and Poble Sec the kitchen is usually on the ground floor, sometimes with thick stone or block walls. We use chemical anchors or long plugs for wall units and leave an air gap behind the base units to avoid winter condensation.
In areas such as Les Planes, El Collet de Sant Joan and Els Closos we hang wall units on a continuous metal rail or adjustable hangers, depending on load and wall type. That way they adjust for height and depth and line up even on an uneven wall.
On the visit we review the plan, walls and services and send a detailed written quote covering fitting and anything that needs adapting. We take away cardboard and packaging at the end. We also work nearby: Esparreguera, Abrera and Vacarisses.
