What we check before hanging a vanity unit
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, Sant Bernat and Poble Sec, bathroom walls may be brick, block or plasterboard depending on the floor. We pick the right fixing for each and, on plasterboard, add timber or metal reinforcement before hanging the unit.
When we fit a unit with drawers in areas such as Les Planes, El Collet de Sant Joan and Els Closos, we use a slimline or offset trap so the top drawer is cut back as little as possible. We seal the basin to the unit and the wall with sanitary silicone and test the waste at full flow.
On the visit we measure the space and pipework and give you a detailed written quote; we work with the bathroom protected and take packaging and offcuts away. We also work in nearby areas: Esparreguera, Abrera and Vacarisses.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Olesa de Montserrat: which areas do you cover?
We work in Olesa de Montserrat in areas such as Centre, Sant Bernat, Poble Sec, Les Planes, El Collet de Sant Joan, Els Closos, Vilapou and Ribes Blaves, and also nearby: Esparreguera, Abrera and Vacarisses.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
