Air conditioning several rooms in Montgat
In houses on residential estates in areas such as Nucli Antic, Sant Joan and Montsolís, with a ground and an upper floor, we sometimes plan two multi-splits instead of one. Each floor gets its own outdoor unit, pipe runs are shorter and output is shared out better.
In homes in areas such as Les Mallorquines and Colònia Argentina, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Badalona, Tiana and El Masnou.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Montgat: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Montgat, in areas such as Nucli Antic, Sant Joan, Montsolís, Les Mallorquines, Colònia Argentina, Sant Maurici, Can Siurana and Les Costes, and also nearby: Badalona, Tiana and El Masnou. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
