Utility rooms in Mollet del Vallès: what we tend to find
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, Estació de França and Estació del Nord, the utility room is often on the ground floor, next to the garage or in an outbuilding, with pipes running through cold spaces. We lag exposed pipes against frost and run the waste at the right fall to the house drainage.
In utility rooms in areas such as Plana Lledó and Can Borrell we deal with steam using a grille or an extractor with a humidistat. If the dryer is vented, we take the hose outside; if it is a condenser model, we connect its water to the waste so the tank never needs emptying by hand.
With over 20 years in renovation, we prepare a written quote after seeing the space and leave the utility room clean with everything connected. We work in the surrounding areas too: Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Montcada i Reixac and Parets del Vallès.
