Bedrooms in Mollet del Vallès: what we change most often
In areas such as Centre, Estació de França and Estació del Nord, where winter nights are cold, a bedroom with an uninsulated outside wall is noticeable. We line that wall with insulation, replace the window and choose flooring that feels warm underfoot.
If the bedroom has textured gotelé walls, which is common in areas such as Plana Lledó and Can Borrell, we strip them or skim over them, sand and paint in matt, soft tones that reflect light without glare.
A site manager coordinates the electrician, painter, joiner and floor fitter so the trades do not get in each other's way. We also renovate bedrooms in the surrounding areas: Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Montcada i Reixac and Parets del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Mollet del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Mollet del Vallès, in areas such as Centre, Estació de França, Estació del Nord, Plana Lledó, Can Borrell, Santa Rosa, Lourdes and Can Pantiquet, and also nearby: Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Montcada i Reixac and Parets del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
