A new floor without building work in Martorell
Town-centre flats in areas such as La Vila, La Mina and Rosanes, mostly from the 1960s to 80s, have period tiles or terrazzo that owners would rather not break up. Laminate goes on top with minimal extra height, and we only trim the doors that catch.
