Replacing or motorising shutters in Martorell
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as La Vila, La Mina and Rosanes, the original PVC shutter with a pull strap and recessed winder is common. We replace it with foam-filled aluminium, which insulates better in winter, and seal the gaps around the box at the same time.
