Downlights and LED strips in Martorell: what we often replace
In 1960s to 80s town-centre flats it is common to find fluorescent tubes in the kitchen and halogens in the bathroom. We replace them with LED panels, downlights and strips, and add lighting under the wall units (mostly in La Vila, La Mina and Rosanes).
We mark out downlights with a laser to line them up with walls and furniture, and cut the holes with a hole saw. Every driver sits in an accessible, ventilated spot with room to replace it.
