How we install heat pumps in Manresa
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Barri Antic and Escodines, insulation is limited and radiators run at high temperatures. Before deciding, we measure rooms and emitters and explain whether a heat pump fits as things are or needs improvements first.
In homes in areas such as Passeig i Rodalies, Plaça Catalunya and Valldaura, the heat pump sits on an anti-vibration base with flexible connectors so noise does not travel into the structure. We leave clear space around it for airflow and servicing.
At the visit we look at the boiler, emitters and insulation and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the plumbing and electrical work. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, Sant Fruitós de Bages and Castellgalí.

Frequently asked questions
01Air-source heat pump installation in Manresa: which areas do you cover?
We work in Manresa in areas such as Barri Antic, Escodines, Passeig i Rodalies, Plaça Catalunya, Valldaura, Sagrada Família, Font dels Capellans and Carretera de Santpedor, and also nearby: Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, Sant Fruitós de Bages and Castellgalí.
02Will my current radiators work with a heat pump?
It depends on their size and on the insulation. A heat pump runs at a lower temperature than a boiler, so at the visit we check whether the radiators give enough heat or some should be replaced.
03Can a heat pump be installed in a flat?
Yes, if there is a terrace, a large balcony or a roof for the outdoor unit and room for the hot water cylinder. We assess it at the visit.
04What happens to the old boiler?
We disconnect and remove it, and leave the water connections ready for the new system.
