Painting a façade in Manlleu: access, substrate and colour
In 1960s to 80s blocks in town centres, in areas such as Dalt Vila and Baix Vila, the façade usually has render painted several times over and cracks at the balcony edges. We strip paint that no longer bonds, seal cracks with flexible filler and even out the finish.
