What a small kitchen renovation includes
-
A layout that uses the space
Single-wall, L-shaped or galley, chosen to suit the space available.
-
Units up to the ceiling
Taller wall units for more storage without taking up floor space.
-
Useful corners
Pull-out corner units, deep drawers and plinth drawers.
-
Compact appliances
Two- or three-zone hob, oven in a tall unit and a 45 cm dishwasher.
-
Light and pale finishes
LED strip under the wall units and pale finishes that make the room feel bigger.
-
Sliding door
If a hinged door gets in the way, we replace it with a sliding or pocket door.
What we measure before proposing a compact kitchen
In holiday homes the kitchen has to survive months shut up and then weeks of heavy use. We choose doors and worktops that do not swell with damp and leave the fridge and sink spaces ventilated (above all in La Verneda and Viader).
In compact kitchens lighting matters as much as the units: an LED strip under the wall cabinets, ceiling downlights and pale or matt fronts that make the room feel bigger.
We come to measure the kitchen, suggest a layout and set it out in a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates each trade. We also work in nearby areas: Blanes, Palafolls and Santa Susanna.

Frequently asked questions
01Small kitchen renovation in Malgrat de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We work in Malgrat de Mar in areas such as La Verneda, Viader, Can Palomeres and L'Escorxador, and also nearby: Blanes, Palafolls and Santa Susanna.
02Will a dishwasher fit in a narrow kitchen?
Usually, yes, in the 45 cm wide version. We look for a space next to the sink so it can share the water supply and waste.
03How can I gain storage without making the kitchen feel tighter?
By taking wall units up to the ceiling, using the plinth as a drawer and fitting pull-out hardware in the corners. The footprint stays the same and far more fits in.
