How we clean at height
We visit the building, check the roof and anchor points and see which surfaces need cleaning. We then send you a detailed written quote.
On the agreed day we cordon off the area below and the team descends the façade in vertical drops, cleaning glass, frames and profiles with suitable water and products.
When we finish, we check every drop from below, remove the cordon and leave the area as we found it.

01Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
02Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
03What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.
