Drains in Les Franqueses del Vallès: what we find under the sinks
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera, the drains drop to the garage or basement and leave to an outside chamber. Where winters are cold we protect runs through unheated spaces and leave rodding points at every change of direction.
On the drains we replace in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata, we solvent-weld PVC after cleaning and priming, and avoid 90° bends on horizontal runs, which is where blockages form. At each change of direction we leave an access point for clearing without breaking anything.
With over 20 years in plumbing, we handle the visit, the written quote and the work itself with units and floors protected, and leave everything clean. We also work in nearby areas: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Drain replacement in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Is unblocking enough, or does the drain need replacing?
If the pipe is old, has too little fall or is misshapen, the blockage comes back. On the visit we check the section and tell you whether it is worth replacing.
03Does the bathroom floor have to come up?
It depends on where the drain runs. It can often be replaced from the unit or an access panel; if it runs under the floor, we say so in the quote.
