Water leaks in Les Franqueses del Vallès: where they usually are
In areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera, where winters can be cold, frost splits pipes in garages, storerooms and north-facing walls. We repair the burst section, lag it with insulation and add a drain valve to protect it in the winters that follow.
To locate a leak in homes in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata, we close every valve, read the meter and test hot, cold and waste separately. That tells us whether pressurised water is escaping or the damp comes from a discharge, before anything is broken out.
Over 20 years in plumbing and renovation: first a visit and a written quote, then an orderly repair with no building debris left behind. Other areas we cover close by: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Water leak repair in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02How do you find the leak without tearing the place apart?
We close valves, isolate sections and check the pressure in each one. That narrows down the area, so we only open up where the damage is.
03The stain is on my neighbour's ceiling: is the problem mine?
Not necessarily. It could come from your shower, a waste pipe or a shared soil stack. We check your installation and tell you clearly where the water is coming from.
04What should I do until you arrive?
Turn off the main stopcock and, if water is reaching sockets or appliances, switch off the power to that area. Take photos of the damp: they help us prepare the visit.
