Kitchens in Les Franqueses del Vallès: what we usually find
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera the kitchen usually has more room: space for an island or peninsula, sometimes opening onto a garden or terrace. We plan the layout around that and bring water, waste and power to wherever the island goes.
In the kitchens we renovate in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata we start with water and waste: new pipework, accessible stopcocks and the correct fall to the downpipe. Only then do we tile and lay the floor.
With over 20 years of experience we can assess your kitchen in a single visit and set everything out in a detailed quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
