Small kitchens in Les Franqueses del Vallès: how we find extra space
In terraced and detached houses in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera the small kitchen often sits next to the utility room or pantry. Joining the two, or moving the washing machine out, frees space for more worktop and a 45 cm dishwasher.
In the small kitchens we renovate in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata we take the wall units right up to the ceiling and turn the plinth into a drawer. That adds storage without taking a centimetre of floor.
After the visit you receive a written quote, and the site manager sequences the work so that in such a tight space no trade gets in the next one's way. We also work nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Small kitchen renovation in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will a dishwasher fit in a narrow kitchen?
Usually, yes, in the 45 cm wide version. We look for a space next to the sink so it can share the water supply and waste.
03How can I gain storage without making the kitchen feel tighter?
By taking wall units up to the ceiling, using the plinth as a drawer and fitting pull-out hardware in the corners. The footprint stays the same and far more fits in.
