Bathroom furniture in Les Franqueses del Vallès: walls, pipework and space
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera, bathroom walls may be brick, block or plasterboard depending on the floor. We pick the right fixing for each and, on plasterboard, add timber or metal reinforcement before hanging the unit.
In bathrooms in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata we mark out the unit on the wall before drilling: basin height, trap position and tap outlet. We drill the tiles with a dedicated bit so they do not crack and fix everything with stainless steel screws.
A site manager coordinates the fitter, plumber and electrician when needed, and the bathroom is left ready to use. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
