Multi-split in Les Franqueses del Vallès: how we place the units
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera, the original consumer unit is not ready for a system of this size. We run a dedicated circuit to REBT standards and check with you whether the contracted power needs adjusting.
In homes in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
A site manager sets the order of work, from refrigerant lines to start-up, and we clean up at the end. After the visit you receive a written quote. We also install nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
