Heat pumps in Les Franqueses del Vallès: where each unit goes
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall and La Sagrera, we often replace an oil boiler and its fuel tank. We remove both, reuse the radiator circuit if it is suitable and place the heat pump in the patio or garden.
In homes in areas such as Corró d'Amunt, Llerona and Marata, the heat pump sits on an anti-vibration base with flexible connectors so noise does not travel into the structure. We leave clear space around it for airflow and servicing.
A site manager runs the installation from the visit and written quote to the final adjustment, and we show you how to programme the system. Nearby areas we also cover: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga.

Frequently asked questions
01Air-source heat pump installation in Les Franqueses del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Les Franqueses del Vallès, in areas such as Bellavista, Corró d'Avall, La Sagrera, Corró d'Amunt, Llerona, Marata, Mil Pins and Els Gorgs, and also nearby: Granollers, Cardedeu and La Garriga. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will my current radiators work with a heat pump?
It depends on their size and on the insulation. A heat pump runs at a lower temperature than a boiler, so at the visit we check whether the radiators give enough heat or some should be replaced.
03Can a heat pump be installed in a flat?
Yes, if there is a terrace, a large balcony or a roof for the outdoor unit and room for the hot water cylinder. We assess it at the visit.
04What happens to the old boiler?
We disconnect and remove it, and leave the water connections ready for the new system.
