Old sealant, new joint: what we check at height
In areas such as Nucli antic, Barri de Dalt and La Doma, besides residential buildings there are warehouses and offices with panel façades. We seal panel joints, roof flashings and door and window perimeters, working on ropes.
Before sealing on buildings in areas such as Barri de Montserrat, Barri Querol and Can Terrers, we prime the edges to suit the substrate: concrete, stone, aluminium or PVC. Then we gun in the sealant, tool it smooth and peel off the masking tape.
