Supply and waste
Connection to the soil stack and an isolation valve inside the frame.

A dual-flush plate that gives access to the cistern for servicing.
Wall-hung toilets in L'Escala: what lies behind the wall
Second homes in areas such as Nucli antic, Poble Sec and Les Terroges stand empty for long spells. The stop valve sits inside the frame, reachable through the flush-plate opening, so you can isolate the cistern when you leave without using the main stopcock.
In bathrooms in areas such as Riells, La Clota and Muntanya de Montgó, we fix the frame to the floor slab with anchors suited to the substrate and level it both ways before tightening. The pan hangs on threaded rods that bear on the steel frame, not on the board.
On the visit we look at the partition and the stack and explain what work is involved; then you receive a detailed written quote. We also work in nearby areas: Torroella de Montgrí, Sant Pere Pescador and Viladamat.

Frequently asked questions
01Wall-hung toilet installation in L'Escala: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in L'Escala, in areas such as Nucli antic, Poble Sec, Les Terroges, Riells, La Clota, Muntanya de Montgó, Sant Martí d'Empúries and Les Corts, and also nearby: Torroella de Montgrí, Sant Pere Pescador and Viladamat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a wall-hung toilet take an adult's weight?
Yes. The load is carried not by the partition but by the steel frame anchored to floor and wall, which is why it must be fixed and levelled carefully.
03What if the concealed cistern goes wrong?
It can be repaired without breaking anything: the mechanism comes out through the flush plate opening. That is why we never tile over that access.
04Is building work needed to replace a floor-standing toilet?
Some, yes: the wall has to be opened or built out to house the frame, the waste adapted and the finish made good.
