How we work, step by step
At the visit we see where damp appears, where the unit can go and how to route the ducts. With the airflow for each room worked out, we prepare a detailed written quote.
The site manager coordinates the installation: unit and ducts in the false ceiling, air intake and exhaust on the façade or roof, vents in each room and the electrical connection.
When we finish, we measure the airflow at each vent, set up the controls and show you how to change the filters.

01What is the difference between single-flow and balanced systems?
A single-flow system extracts air from the kitchen and bathrooms, and fresh air comes in through trickle vents in the windows. A balanced system supplies and extracts through ducts and, with heat recovery, reuses the warmth of the outgoing air.
02Is mechanical ventilation noisy?
Properly sized, it runs at low speed and is barely audible. We place the unit away from the bedrooms and use suitable ducts and silencers.
03Will I still need to open the windows?
Not to renew the air: the system does that continuously. You can open them whenever you like, but you no longer depend on it.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
