We measure the opening, box and guide rails before ordering a made-to-measure shutter.

How we fit your shutters
We visit the home, open the shutter boxes and check the axle, the rails and the condition of the slats. Once the shutter type and operation are chosen, we prepare a detailed written quote.
Fitting goes window by window: the old shutter comes out, the new axle, rails and slats go in and, if there is a motor, we connect the power and the switch beside the window.
Before leaving, we raise and lower every shutter, set the motor limits and close the boxes up clean.

Yes, in most cases. We replace the axle with a tubular motor and run power to a switch next to the window or set up a remote. If the shutter is very heavy or the slats are damaged, it makes sense to change them at the same time.

Foam-filled aluminium slats keep out more heat and noise and stand up well to strong sun. PVC is light and works well on small, sheltered windows.
