How we install a lifeline
We go up on the roof, check the substrate, the access points and the equipment that needs maintaining, and design the route. It is all set out in a detailed written quote.
We choose the line and anchors to UNE-EN 795 and the substrate. The team fixes them, installs and tensions the cable and reseals every penetration in the waterproofing.
Finally we load-test the system, fit the plate with the user instructions and leave the roof clean.

Frequently asked questions
01What is the difference between a lifeline and a single anchor?
A lifeline is a continuous cable that lets you move across the roof without unclipping. A single anchor is a fixed point to attach to in one specific spot, as in façade work.
02Does a lifeline need inspecting after installation?
Yes. Manufacturers call for periodic inspection, usually once a year, and always after a fall. We can take care of those inspections.
03Can it be fitted on a tiled or metal roof?
Yes. We use posts and fixings designed for each roof type, whether flat, tiled, metal sheet or sandwich panel, and seal every penetration to keep water out.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.
05How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the type of home, the scope of the work and the project's constraints. Once we have studied the renovation, we can give you a more accurate estimate.
06Can a home be renovated while people still live in it?
It depends on the scope, estimated duration and condition of the home. When we study the project, we will assess whether it is feasible and what precautions or alternatives should be considered.
07How can I request an estimate?
Choose what you want to renovate, tell us whether the work is partial or complete, and leave your name, phone number and email. This lets us provide initial guidance. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp.
