We turn off the water, remove the tap and clean the surface underneath.

A concealed valve body in the wall for the shower or basin, with tiling made good.

New flexible hoses and the right washers, without forcing the threads.

How we fit your taps
We check the sink, basin or shower, the isolating valves and the water pressure. If you haven't chosen a tap yet, we help you decide, and we prepare a detailed written quote.
We turn off the water, remove the old tap and clean the base. We fit the new one with new hoses and washers and seal around it. For concealed taps, we open only the area needed for the valve body.
Finally we test the flow and temperature, check there are no drips under the unit and leave everything clean.

Yes. Before you buy, send us a photo of the sink or basin and the model you like: we check that it fits the tap hole and that your connections will work.
02What is the advantage of a thermostatic tap?
It holds the temperature you set even when someone turns on another tap in the house. In the shower it avoids sudden switches between hot and cold.
03Can concealed taps be fitted without redoing the bathroom?
The wall has to be opened to fit the concealed body, and the tiling in that area made good. We look at it on the visit and explain what it involves.
