How we replace your sink and tap
We look at the sink, the worktop and the condition of the supplies and waste under the unit. Once you have chosen the model, we prepare a detailed written quote.
We turn off the water, remove the old set and, if needed, adjust the worktop cut-out. Sink, tap, valves and trap are fitted with new parts.
We turn the water back on, check every joint with the bowl full and leave the base unit dry and clean.

01Can I have an undermount sink in my kitchen?
It depends on the worktop. In stone, quartz or porcelain, yes, with a polished edge; in laminate it is not usually advisable, as the exposed chipboard core soaks up water.
02Can I switch to a larger sink?
If the base unit allows it, we enlarge the cut-out in the worktop. We check by measuring the unit and the clearance to the hob.
03Can you fit a three-way tap for filtered water?
Yes, if there is room in the base unit for the filter or system. We connect the tap to the mains and to the filter with separate supplies.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
