Terrace enclosures an extra room for your home.
We enclose terraces, balconies and penthouses with glass curtains or aluminium sliding systems, so you can use them in rain, wind or cold without losing light.

What a terrace enclosure includes
-
Survey of the opening
We measure width, height and supports to choose a system that copes with local wind.
-
Frameless glass curtain
Toughened glass panels with no vertical profiles that stack to one side.
-
Aluminium sliding system
Thermally broken profiles and double glazing if you want more insulation.
-
Roof for open terraces
Polycarbonate or panel roofing where the terrace has nothing overhead.
-
Fixing and sealing
Fixed to the slab or balustrade and sealed so water stays out.
-
Drained tracks
Water outlets and flashings so rain does not reach the terrace floor.
How we enclose your terrace
We visit the terrace, measure the width and height and check the slab, the balustrade and exposure to wind. Once the system is chosen, we prepare a detailed written quote.
A site manager coordinates the installation: level top and bottom tracks, glass panels or sliding sashes, and a sealed perimeter to keep out rain.
To finish, we test how each panel slides and locks, check that water drains through the tracks and leave the terrace tidy and clean.

Frequently asked questions
01What is the difference between a glass curtain and a sliding system?
A glass curtain has no vertical profiles and the whole thing folds to one side, so in summer the terrace is almost fully open. An aluminium sliding system closes more tightly and insulates more against cold and noise, but the profiles always remain visible.
02Will it stand up to wind on a penthouse or seafront terrace?
Yes, provided the system and glass thickness are chosen for that exposure. At the visit we assess height, orientation and supports, and factor them into the quote.
03Can a terrace with an existing balustrade be enclosed?
Yes. Depending on its condition, the enclosure is fixed on top of the balustrade or the balustrade is replaced by a low wall or bottom profile that acts as a base.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.
05How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the type of home, the scope of the work and the project's constraints. Once we have studied the renovation, we can give you a more accurate estimate.
06Can a home be renovated while people still live in it?
It depends on the scope, estimated duration and condition of the home. When we study the project, we will assess whether it is feasible and what precautions or alternatives should be considered.
07How can I request an estimate?
Choose what you want to renovate, tell us whether the work is partial or complete, and leave your name, phone number and email. This lets us provide initial guidance. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp.
