How we work, step by step
At the visit we measure the room, see where both units can go and plan the pipe route. From that we size the unit and prepare a detailed written quote.
On installation day we protect furniture and floors, fit the brackets, units and refrigerant pipework, and pull a vacuum before releasing the refrigerant.
We finish by testing cooling and heating, show you the remote and the filter, and leave the room clean.

01Where does the outdoor unit go?
On a balcony, terrace, courtyard or roof, always with access for maintenance. If it has to go on the façade, it is worth checking the community of owners' rules first.
02Can the pipes be hidden?
Yes. If there is building work, we chase them into the wall; if not, we use paintable trunking in the wall colour. At the visit we look for the shortest route.
03What size unit does my living room need?
It depends on floor area, orientation, windows and ceiling height. We work it out at the visit so the unit is neither undersized nor overworked.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
