How we work, step by step
At the visit we check ceiling heights and the space for the indoor and outdoor units. We draw the ducts and grilles on the floor plan and prepare a detailed written quote.
On site, the site manager coordinates the air conditioning fitters, plasterboard installers and electricians: unit and ducts first, then the false ceiling, grilles and thermostat.
Before handover we balance the airflow at each grille, test the system in cooling and heating and leave the ceiling ready to paint.

01Does the whole home need a lowered ceiling?
Not always. A false ceiling in the hallway, bathroom or entrance, where the ducts run, is usually enough; in the rooms we only cut openings for the grilles.
02Is a ducted system noisy?
Properly sized, it is one of the quietest options: the unit sits away from the bedrooms and the air leaves the grilles at low speed.
03Can each room have its own temperature?
Yes, with a zoning system: motorised dampers in the ducts and a thermostat in each room that opens or closes the airflow.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
