How we replumb homes in Igualada
In areas such as Centre, El Rec and Sant Agustí, town-centre flats with their original plumbing sit alongside houses where the system has grown with every renovation. In both cases we start from a plan of supply points and valves, and use one pipe material throughout to avoid mixed joints.
In flats and houses in areas such as Fàtima, Montserrat and Set Camins, we start by locating the main stopcock and the meter. We run the new system in multilayer or PEX pipe with accessible manifolds, so each run reaches its fixture in one piece, with no hidden joints in the walls.
Over 20 years renewing water systems: we visit, put the quote in writing and leave your home clean when we finish. We also cover the surrounding areas, including Òdena, Vilanova del Camí and Santa Margarida de Montbui.

Frequently asked questions
01Home plumbing renovation in Igualada: which areas do you cover?
We work in Igualada in areas such as Centre, El Rec, Sant Agustí, Fàtima, Montserrat, Set Camins, Sant Crist and Pla de la Massa, and also nearby: Òdena, Vilanova del Camí and Santa Margarida de Montbui.
02What pipe material do you use?
Usually multilayer or PEX for water and PVC for waste. We choose it based on the existing installation, the pipe runs and the type of home, and set it out in the quote.
03Can the plumbing be renewed without redoing the whole kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. We can run the new pipe through chases or the ceiling and open up only what is needed. We assess it on the visit, depending on the finishes you want to keep.
04Does the water to the whole building need to be cut off?
Usually closing your own stopcock is enough. If the riser or the soil stack has to be touched, we coordinate with the owners' association and give notice in advance.
