Drains in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat: what we find under the sinks
In areas such as Centre, Sant Josep and Sanfeliu, we see many kitchens and bathrooms renovated in stages, with drains patched together in different materials and too many bends. We redo the whole run with fewer turns and a steady fall, so water never sits in any section.
For washing machines and dishwashers in flats in areas such as Collblanc, La Torrassa and Santa Eulàlia, we fit a standpipe with its own trap at the right height, so dirty water does not flow back into the machine or overflow as it empties. The sink has a separate trap and an easy-to-remove waste.
After the visit you get a written quote listing each drain to be replaced, and the site manager coordinates plumber and builder if the floor has to be opened. We also replace drains nearby: Barcelona, Cornellà de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

02Is unblocking enough, or does the drain need replacing?
If the pipe is old, has too little fall or is misshapen, the blockage comes back. On the visit we check the section and tell you whether it is worth replacing.
03Does the bathroom floor have to come up?
It depends on where the drain runs. It can often be replaced from the unit or an access panel; if it runs under the floor, we say so in the quote.
