Partial kitchen renovation in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat: what to keep
In flats in areas such as Centre, Sant Josep and Sanfeliu it is common to find a 2000s kitchen with a worn laminate worktop and border tiles. We renew worktop and splashback, adjust hinges and drawers and leave the kitchen looking current.
Splashbacks in areas such as Collblanc, La Torrassa and Santa Eulàlia can be tiles, thin porcelain or glass, laid over the existing surface if it is firm. We bring the sockets forward to the new face and seal the joint with the worktop using sanitary silicone.
We work in stages and cover the units that stay; at the end we adjust the doors and leave the kitchen clean. We cover nearby areas too: Barcelona, Cornellà de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

If the carcasses are sound and free of damp, yes. During the visit we check hinges, shelves and backs, and tell you what is worth keeping and what should go.

Often, yes, if the old tiles are firmly bonded. You lose very little depth and avoid chiselling, with less dust and less rubble.
