Electric water heaters in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat: where they go and what we check
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Centre, Sant Josep and Sanfeliu, the original heater is usually in the kitchen or gallery, on pipes and a socket that no longer meet current standards. We replace the lot: unit, hoses, valves and power supply.
For the water connection in flats in areas such as Collblanc, La Torrassa and Santa Eulàlia, we fit isolation valves on the inlet and outlet, new flexible hoses and dielectric unions between different metals. The safety valve discharges into a trap, not onto the floor or into a bucket.
Over 20 years in plumbing and renovation: a site manager coordinates the work and we leave the area dry and tidy. We also cover the surrounding areas: Barcelona, Cornellà de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

As a guide, 50 litres for one or two people, 80 for three and 100 or more for families with two bathrooms. On the visit we adjust it to how you use hot water.
03Can the water heater go somewhere else?
Yes, if there is a wall that can take the weight, a water supply and a drain for the safety valve. If water or a new electrical line needs to be brought in, we include it in the quote.
