Storage room renovation in Granollers: where we start
In areas such as Centre and Sant Miquel flats from the 1960s to the 80s have their storage room in the basement or on the roof, unheated and damp in winter. We treat it with breathable paint, fit sealed lighting and keep shelves clear of the wall so the cold does not reach what is stored.
The electrics we install in storage rooms in areas such as Congost, Granollers Nord and Primer de Maig are simple and safe: a light point with a switch by the door, a socket and cable in conduit, all to REBT. We use sealed fittings if the room is damp.
On the visit we measure the room and find where the damp comes from; you then get a detailed written quote and a site manager organises the work. We also fit out storage rooms in nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, Canovelles and La Roca del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Storage room renovation in Granollers: which areas do you cover?
We work in Granollers in areas such as Centre, Sant Miquel, Congost, Granollers Nord, Primer de Maig, Can Gili, Can Bassa and Tres Torres, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, Canovelles and La Roca del Vallès.
02How do you get rid of the damp smell in a storage room?
By finding the source: a leak, condensation or poor ventilation. We repair the affected wall, apply a breathable finish and add ventilation so the air circulates.
03Can a storage room be turned into a bedroom?
It depends on the ceiling height, daylight, ventilation and what local planning rules allow. On the visit we review it against the CTE and tell you clearly what is feasible.
04Which shelving takes the most weight?
Metal shelving fixed to the wall, or built-in masonry shelves. We choose fixings for the type of wall and space the shelves to suit what you store.
