What the split installation includes
-
Sizing the unit
Cooling capacity based on floor area, orientation and how the room is used.
-
Indoor unit
Level, and on the wall that spreads the air best around the room.
-
Outdoor unit
On a balcony, terrace or roof, mounted on anti-vibration brackets.
-
Refrigerant pipework
Insulated copper pipe, with the vacuum and refrigerant charge checked.
-

How we install split units in Granollers
In areas such as Centre and Sant Miquel, where winters are cold, the split also serves as heating. We choose units that perform well in heating mode at low outdoor temperatures and size them with January in mind, not just August.
When replacing an old unit in areas such as Congost, Granollers Nord and Primer de Maig, we recover the refrigerant from the old system, check whether the existing pipework suits the new refrigerant and remove the old units. If it does not, we run a new line.
We visit, give you a detailed written quote, and a site manager coordinates the installation, which we leave clean and running. We also work in nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, Canovelles and La Roca del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Split air conditioning installation in Granollers: which areas do you cover?
We work in Granollers in areas such as Centre, Sant Miquel, Congost, Granollers Nord, Primer de Maig, Can Gili, Can Bassa and Tres Torres, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, Canovelles and La Roca del Vallès.
02Where does the outdoor unit go?
On a balcony, terrace, courtyard or roof, always with access for maintenance. If it has to go on the façade, it is worth checking the community of owners' rules first.
03Can the pipes be hidden?
Yes. If there is building work, we chase them into the wall; if not, we use paintable trunking in the wall colour. At the visit we look for the shortest route.
04What size unit does my living room need?
It depends on floor area, orientation, windows and ceiling height. We work it out at the visit so the unit is neither undersized nor overworked.
