Renewing the electrics in Girona
In 1960s to 80s town-centre flats in areas such as Barri Vell and Mercadal, the original wiring cannot cope with a modern kitchen. We run separate circuits for the oven, induction hob, washing machine and air conditioning and swap the fuse box for one with RCDs.
For induction hobs, air conditioning or EV charging in houses in areas such as Eixample, Sant Narcís and Montilivi, we first check the contracted power and the size of the supply cable. If it falls short, we say so in the quote before a single chase is cut.
