How we install electric water heaters in Girona
Where the water is hard, the heater's element and anode wear out sooner. We leave clear space to inspect the anode and, if you have a water softener, connect the heater to the treated water outlet (mostly in Barri Vell and Mercadal).
For the water connection we fit isolation valves on the inlet and outlet, new flexible hoses and dielectric unions between different metals. The safety valve discharges into a trap, not onto the floor or into a bucket.
