Downlights and LED strips in Girona: what we often replace
In 1960s to 80s flats in town centres, in areas such as Barri Vell and Mercadal, it is common to find fluorescent tubes in the kitchen and halogens in the bathroom. We replace them with LED panels, downlights and strips, and add lighting under the wall units.
In kitchens and bathrooms in areas such as Eixample, Sant Narcís and Montilivi we use neutral light of around 4000 K over work areas and warm light elsewhere. Under wall units the strip faces forward so it neither dazzles nor casts shadows on the worktop.
