From bath recess to easy shower in Girona
In 1960s–80s flats in areas such as Barri Vell and Mercadal a 1.60 m bath with a built-in front and period tiles around it is common. Once it is out we use the full length for a roomy tray and close the wall with a panel or tiles that go with the existing ones.
For homes in areas such as Eixample, Sant Narcís and Montilivi we work with cuttable resin or mineral-composite trays in white, grey, stone or slate effect, trimmed to the bath recess and cut around pillars if needed. The screen can be fixed, sliding or hinged, with chrome, black or minimal profiles.
