High-level glazing in Gavà: the dirt we find
By the sea, salt and sea spray leave an opaque film on the glass that returns with the next easterly wind. For apartment blocks with large windows and glass balustrades we suggest regular cleaning rather than waiting for the salt to bond (especially in Centre, Les Panes and La Barceloneta).
We use water with neutral soap, a washer and a rubber squeegee, with no abrasives that could scratch low-e or solar control coatings. We also clean frames, profiles and sills, where most of the dirt builds up.
We agree the day and frequency with you, the team works from outside without entering the homes and we check every drop from below at the end. We also clean glazing in nearby areas: Castelldefels, Viladecans and Sitges.

Frequently asked questions
01High-level window cleaning in Gavà: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Gavà, in areas such as Centre, Les Panes, La Barceloneta, Les Colomeres, Les Bòbiles, Can Tries, Ca n'Espinós and Bruguers, and also nearby: Castelldefels, Viladecans and Sitges. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
04What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
