Fitting a dishwasher in Gavà: what we check first
In seaside flats in areas such as Centre, Les Panes and La Barceloneta, the dishwasher often sits unused for weeks between stays. We put the isolation valve within easy reach so you can turn it off when you leave, and use good-quality fittings and sockets, as damp salty air corrodes connections faster.
For homes in areas such as Les Colomeres, Les Bòbiles and Can Tries we check the electrics before plugging in: the dishwasher goes on the circuit set out in the REBT and should never share an extension lead with the oven or hob. If the socket ends up behind the machine, we move it to the next unit so it stays accessible.
For over 20 years we have worked in kitchens in flats and houses: we check the connections and units on the visit and give you a detailed written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Castelldefels, Viladecans and Sitges.

Frequently asked questions
01Dishwasher installation in Gavà: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Gavà, in areas such as Centre, Les Panes, La Barceloneta, Les Colomeres, Les Bòbiles, Can Tries, Ca n'Espinós and Bruguers, and also nearby: Castelldefels, Viladecans and Sitges. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the dishwasher go far from the sink?
Yes, but the drain hose only reaches so far. If the space is further away, we extend the waste pipe inside the wall with the right fall.
0345 cm or 60 cm dishwasher?
A 60 cm machine holds more and a 45 cm one suits narrow kitchens. We measure the space and tell you which fits without losing a useful drawer unit.
04Do you fit the door panel on an integrated dishwasher?
Yes. We line the panel up with the neighbouring units and adjust the door springs so it opens and closes smoothly.
